ah yes, enjoy the ferry.
Cabin on deck 7, because there is the outside deck with the dog toilet (not clock).

To Lassi R. unfortunately I can not say anything.

But it would be nice if you could post a report of your experience here.
How did you become aware of it?

sorry, but enjoy the ferry. Unfortunately, I can not (more) confirm (in the search function times Finnlines enter, there you can read up so much).
It used to be like that, but now? No comparison at all to the Hansa class, there the vacation began already on board
For us only "eyes closed and through", because there is unfortunately no alternative to Finnlines. We find the food inedible, so we always take something with us. Atmosphere on board, well, actually none at all. Service also hardly takes place and the coffee tastes horrible, and that on a Finnish ferry (although, now belongs to the Italians ).
No problem for dogs.
The prices in the high season, with Womo, but are neat Only now we had a real bargain price for the round trip, but with car.

But otherwise – look forward to Finland. An ideal travel destination especially with Womo (big country, few people, even in summer). We drive for 20 years, sometimes twice a year, to this great country!

Have fun with the planning,
Moose

I can only confirm the statement about Finnlines. Do not expect too much.

As a dog and motorhome owner I would choose the route Kiel> Gothenburg and Stockholm> Helsinki prefer, because in Kiel really begins the vacation. the four-legged can before again on loo . 18:45 on the ship and then you are already in Sweden the next morning. With Finnlines you have to get on the ferry at 3 o’clock in the middle of the night.
On the beautiful car route Gothenburg> Stockholm past Lake Vanern you can certainly find another break for Wuffi and then go in the evening again on the ferry. And the ferries of SiljaTallink are really an experience. Food (the best food of all ferries in the Baltic Sea), show, view of the Stockholm archipelago, view of the Aland Islands and the atmosphere on board, simply fantastic. And you can save a lot of money on the route. Almost 50% cheaper is the journey via Sweden. Main reason: Stenaline has good rates for long vehicles (WoMo) and Finnlines exaggerates it at the moment. With Finnlines you are on the road for two nights and one day and via Sweden also with two night trips and once a day trip of 460km through Sweden.

The travel time is the best time to choose. Have a look at Wetteronline.de on the "Review of the last years. Almost always above 22 degrees and often above 27 degrees.
