For this really spicy sauce you need a gun license. I like it!

. this little bomb is explosive. As a spice it brings real pungency – I can only warn: weaklings and toddlers: hands off! – For everyone else: Pure spicy pleasure!

One thing you have to hand it to this little ‘bomb’: it’s not boring! – In the right dosage it brings immense pizzazz!

So for the first time – be careful SHARP :-D
But the taste is so awesome!! You have to dose it really very sparingly but then you have at least longer what of it ;)

Finally a sauce that delivers what it promises! Absolutely recommendable to refine sauces and dishes. For people who like their dishes a little spicier this chili sauce is just the thing!!

The great thing is also that you can have this little ‘bomb’ well in stock. If you have an appetite for spicy: just pull the fuse!

I know the bomba and the dried pepperoncinis, or as the Calabrese call them: Viagra, from Calabria, every time I’m there I take some of each:)
Our favorite is to spread it on focaccia bread and top it with crudo, arugula and parmesan cheese.
But also suitable for any dish that should have pep.
There is a reason why people are getting pretty old there!
UNBEDINGT to try for yourself ;)

Know the bomba from my Calabria vacation in Tropea, and our favorite way to eat it is with focaccia(spread), serrano or crudo, parmesan and arugula! And schwupp di wupp I am back in Calabria.

The Bomba is very good, quite spicy and in the beautiful packaging a nice little gift for guests. However 90 grams for 5.99 € is a bit heavy. We were just at Lake Garda and have the Bomaba Calabrese in 200 gram jar of Citres for 2, – € purchased. It is also very good, not quite as spicy and therefore perfect as a spread, even if the gag with the fuse on the glass is missing. Gustini’s product is perfect, but has a short MHD and compared to the Citres competitor product has three times the price with not even half the quantity. At Gustini please think about it. Greetings Schieby

Dear Gustini Customer,
thank you for your comments about our Bomba di Calabria. Unfortunately, the price on site of a local product can not be compared with a costly imported to Germany product. In addition
our Bomba from the small manufacturer Delizie di Calabria is handmade – usually produced only on order request of a customer – as far as possible exclusively with natural ingredients. Thus, in this bomba di Calabria only
Citric acid used for preservation. This probably also explains the shorter shelf life. We thus offer you a high quality, handcrafted natural product, which you can also conveniently order online without having to travel to Italy for it. ;-)
